| Tarique is the Founder, CEO and Chairman of nexTier Networks, Inc. Previously, Tarique founded Network Utilities, a Silicon Valley startup that built a wireless infrastructure and security platform. Tarique also served as the CTO of Andes Networks, architects of an SSL Security Appliance and acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2003). Most recently Tarique served as Principal Architect at Nevis Networks where he was responsible for building next generation Security Monitoring and Security Event Correlation technology for IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention) and SSL/IPSec. |

| Tarique has held key technical positions with Symantec Corporation, DHL Airways, MCI WorldCom and EDS Systems where he led engineering teams developing and running industry-leading technologies,applications and systems. Tarique has several patents pending with USPTO and has published many research publications in areas of computer & network security, software architecture and database technologies. Tarique holds master’s degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California (USC). Tarique was awarded the prestigious Rotary International Scholarship for Computer Science studies from USC based on his doctoral studies in Computer Science. |

Alex brings over 15 years of progressive experience founding, funding, and managing global businesses, successfully developing three start-up companies. Recently, Alex co-founded and led the marketing, business development and strategic partnerships teams for SVOX AG, a venture-backed company based in Switzerland. In 2005, Alex acquired a Gaming Studio in Ireland which he successfully sold to a local Investment firm. Prior to that venture, Alex was Executive Vice President of sales and marketing for Advance Visual Communications, a Boston venture-backed content company that was sold to US Web. In 2004, Alex founded Ecosystem Ventures to address investments and support of European technologies and pre-seed-stage startup companies. Alex founded the European-American Angels Club, a Silicon Valley-based organization that actively invests in European startups. Alex received a BA in finance and an M.B.A. in telecommunications and international marketing from the University of San Francisco. He has lived in Hong-Kong, Switzerland, Chile, and the USA, and is fluent in German, Spanish, French, and English. |

John has practiced corporate law in Silicon Valley since 1984. John's experience includes extensive corporate counseling to public and private companies and venture capital firms. He has represented clients in connection with numerous venture capital financings, initial public offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions and a variety of other general corporate matters. Prior to co-founding M&H, John was the co-chairman of the venture capital practice at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, an early partner of GCA Law Partners, LLP and an associate corporate attorney at Baker & McKenzie and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. John was also an in-house attorney at The Cooper Companies. John is passionately committed to accelerating the growth and success of his clients' businesses and is a frequent speaker and panelist on venture capital topics at forums like the Churchill Club, SVASE and Intel's CFO Forum. John is also actively involved with Peninsula Habitat for Humanity, The Asian Religions and Cultures Intitiative at Stanford University, and E2, Environmental Entreprenuers. John has a J.D. from Northwestern College of Law, Lewis & Clark College and B.A. from Stanford University. |

Riz possesses extensive experience as an entrepreneur, manager and technologist, and is nationally known as a thought leader in social media, knowledge management, enterprise portals and XML publishing. From 2002-2007, Riz was CEO/CTO of CambridgeDocs (www.cambridgedocs.com), which makes a leading technology platform for XML transformation and publishing. CambridgeDocs was acquired by Document Sciences (NASDAQ:DOCX) in 2007, where Mr. Virk serves as Chief Technologist, XML Publishing. Before CambridgeDocs, Riz was CEO and founder of Inner Vision Technologies, an Internet consulting firm specializing in enterprise information portals. Inner Vision was acquired by Unitas Corporation in 2000, where Riz served as CTO. Prior to Inner Vision, Riz was a co-founder of Service Metrics, an Internet company that developed technology to monitor performance of web sites, and which was purchased by Exodus Communications in 1999 for $280 million. From 1993-1997, Riz was CEO and co-founder of Brainstorm Technologies, a fast-growth company that helped more than 2000 customer organizations develop and deploy collaborative applications using Lotus Notes. Brainstorm's products were acquired by Percussion Software in 1997. Riz frequently writes and lectures on Internet technology and entrepreneurship, and has been featured in periodicals ranging from the Boston Globe to Inc. Magazine.
